A CIC is a special type of limited company which exists to benefit the community rather than private shareholders. As such, we exclusively work on projects with social value and local impact and have built our business model to ensure our services remain accessible to our clients.
Every year we also work pro-bono with a smaller charity or not-for-profit to offer communications training to an in-house team to develop their internal resource capacity and skills.
2018 – 2022
Between 2018 and 2022 we spearheaded the Brilliant Creative Minds programme, a mental health and wellbeing campaign for the advertising and communications industry.
Working alongside Crown Commercial Service, NABS, IPA, the Alliance of Independent Agencies, the Advertising Association and ISBA, our aim was to protect creativity in the advertising and communications industry by eradicating practices in procurement, commissioning and agency cultures that compromised mental health and wellbeing. We hope the resources and ideas built from this campaign can live on and provide a legacy in the industry.
