With over 40 years in advertising and communications agency settings, 35 of which at board level, Steph has dedicated the last 15 years to social marketing challenges for the UK Government, Public Sector and Charity clients. She works across the spectrum of brand and customer service proposition and messaging development and associated stakeholder engagement. Aligned to this has been CSR and communications strategy work in the banking and tech sectors. Steph is particularly interested in the development of robust propositions grounded in insight and working alongside the creative team to deliver related compelling and engaging creative ideas.
Holly Greenland – Strategy Director
With 20 years experience in communications and engagement, Holly is skilled at leading communications, identity and branding strategy development; and producing campaigns to inform, educate or change behaviour. Career highlights include Deputy Director for Communications at the House of Commons, national campaign producer at the BBC and communications strategy lead at Terrance Higgins Trust.
Caroline McKinlay – Partnerships
Caroline has extensive experience of working within large multi-functional organisations with communications challenges. She’s worked within the charitable, not-for-profit, public and private sectors. She has a particular passion for ensuring effective stakeholder and reputation management. Career highlights include roles as Communications Director for East Midlands Development Agency, Head of Corporate Affairs at Nottingham City Council, partnership marketing for the Food Standards Agency and her tenure as Chair of the Nottingham Playhouse Charitable Trust.
Eliza Nicholas – Partnerships
Eliza has 9 years experience across agency and in-house roles, within both the private and public sector. Specialist skills cover media relations, partnership marketing and campaign management. Clients include the Food Standards Agency, the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office, The Royal Mint, National Forest and Biotiful Dairy.
Jessica Duncanson – Communications Planning & Marketing
Jessica has 17 years experience in agency communications across the public and private sectors. Clients include the Food Standards Agency, the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills, British Red Cross, Baby Centre, Nuffield Health and the British Cheese Board. Jessica’s skills span strategy development, campaign management, copy writing, media relations, stakeholder relations, direct marketing, events, internal communications and social media.
Kathy Kielty – Creative Director & Head of Art
An award-winning designer/art director, Kathy has 25 years experience in brand communications. Although her specialism is brand identity and brand positioning, her integrated background means she is adept at working in all sectors and media channels. Projects include NEST (National Employment Savings Trust), Whizz-Kidz, Met Office, National Grid, Breast Cancer UK, British Red Cross and Marie Curie.
Adrian Hosford – Non-Executive Director
Adrian has decades of experience in marketing, communications and CSR, most recently as Director, Corporate Social Responsibility at BT where he masterminded the ‘It’s good to talk’ campaign. He now holds a number of chairmanships for organisations including The International Centre for CSR Advisory Panel, The Communication Trust, Moodscope.com and The KMCS Strategic Management Committee.
