Steph Drakes – CEO

With over 40 years in advertising and communications agency settings, 35 of which at board level, Steph has dedicated the last 15 years to social marketing challenges for the UK Government, Public Sector and Charity clients. She works across the spectrum of brand and customer service proposition and messaging development and associated stakeholder engagement. Aligned to this has been CSR and communications strategy work in the banking and tech sectors.  Steph is particularly interested in the development of robust propositions grounded in insight and working alongside the creative team to deliver related compelling and engaging creative ideas.


Holly Greenland – Planning & Communications Strategy

With 15 years experience in communications and engagement, Holly is skilled at leading communications, identity and branding strategy development; and producing campaigns to inform, educate or change behaviour. Career highlights include Deputy Director for Communications at the House of Commons, national campaign producer at the BBC and communications strategy lead at Terrance Higgins Trust.


Michelle Solomon – Partnerships & Internal Communications

Michelle has 22 years experience in marketing, brand and communications across corporate, charity and Government. Clients include E.ON, Severn Trent, National Grid, Shelter, Food Standards Agency and British Red Cross, working with them to manage partnership marketing, internal comms strategy development, employee engagement, partnership marketing, campaign management, brand management, workshop facilitation and idea generation.

Nick Johnson – Insight & Brand Strategy

Nick has over 20 years in brand planning and research on issues as diverse as ‘what is the market opportunity in America for second-hand diamonds?’ to ‘what is the ‘journey’ to suicide and at what points could intervention be most effective?’. Clients include Barnados, Marie Curie, Samaritans, MENCAP, Combat Stress, Rolex, DeBeers, Harrods, Sony. Nick is focused on delivering clear and actionable strategies for brands, particularly those in crisis or in need of a ‘turn-around’.

Jessica Duncanson – Communications Planning & Marketing

Jessica has 17 years experience in agency communications across the public and private sectors. Clients include the Food Standards Agency, the Department for Business, Innovation & Skills, British Red Cross, Baby Centre, Nuffield Health and the British Cheese Board. Jessica’s skills span strategy development, campaign management, copy writing, media relations, stakeholder relations, direct marketing, events, internal communications and social media.

Kathy Kielty – Creative Director & Head of Art

An award-winning designer/art director, Kathy has 25 years experience in brand communications. Although her specialism is brand identity and brand positioning, her integrated background means she is adept at working in all sectors and media channels. Projects include NEST (National Employment Savings Trust), Whizz-Kidz, Met Office, National Grid, Breast Cancer UK, British Red Cross and Marie Curie.

Adrian Hosford – Non-Executive Director

Adrian has decades of experience in marketing, communications and CSR, most recently as Director, Corporate Social Responsibility at BT where he masterminded the ‘It’s good to talk’ campaign. He now holds a number of chairmanships for organisations including The International Centre for CSR Advisory Panel, The Communication Trust, Moodscope.com and The KMCS Strategic Management Committee.


Rod Anthony – Chairman & Non-Executive Director

Most recently Managing Director and Director of Finance and Corporate Services for the former NHS Institute for Innovation & Improvement, Rod’s previous experience includes Price Waterhouse, Reuters plc, Glaxo Pharmaceuticals, The Gambling Commission and Forensic Sciences Service Ltd.
